I’m Anne-Marie Vaillancourt by the way! I used to work as a 3D animator on movies, video games and TV shows. It was actually pretty cool! But also... it felt like something was missing..Yes, people need entertainment. I agree. But I felt like I needed something more.. I wanted to make a bigger impact in serving others. And making fictional characters move wasn’t doing it for me.

But it wasn’t only that... I also had several burnouts through those 10 years as an animator. It wasn’t just the type of work I was doing, it was also the system, the environment. This wasn’t working for me... I had chronic anxiety and kept getting better and then worse over and over. Until at one point, I had a panic attack DURING my interview for a new job after a medical leave.

I knew something HAD to change. Not only didn’t it feel aligned, I was physically and mentally unable to do it anymore. I needed more freedom and to do things my own way.

I found a remote job online in tech support, which already helped a lot with anxiety. But again... I still wasn’t feeling aligned... I felt... TRAPPED. 😨

I had always been interested in energy healing, intuitive and psychic abilities and had already studied different modalities. And I knew it was time for me to finally start listening to my own intuition and reconnect with my authentic self!

I wanted to start serving others to help them on their wellbeing journey!

I joined online courses, several programs, did an intuitive life coaching certification and had amazing coaches to help me figure out what I really wanted to do and how to improve my psychic skills.

But also, having a coach helped me to really listen to my higher self and spirit guides. I became more confident in what they were telling me, and gained the confidence to actually act on it!

But before having a coach, I actually kept ignoring what my guides were telling me and tried to take easier roads... and every time, they would tell me “it’ll only be a distraction”. And I wouldn’t listen.

The thing is... I was pretty scared!

And guess what, my guides were right! And I was so stubborn that sometimes, even when I had a coach also telling me that my guides said it was gonna be a distraction, I still didn’t listen! 😅

Everytime I would try to take a shortcut and avoid doing what I knew I had to do if I really wanted to be in alignment, I would feel like something was missing... it wasn’t it. Even if I did make money from it. It felt off...

So I finally made the decision : I’m going to finally listen, because up until now, my intuition has always been right and I cannot ignore it anymore! So I’m going to do what it tells me to do. And THAT feels ALIGNED.

It is not easy to trust what our intuition is telling us when our rational mind is telling us that the shortcut makes more sense. 

And the thing that helped me the most with trusting and better hearing my intuition was to have a coach with me, keeping me accountable, encouraging me and validating the information I was getting from my intuition.

Having a coach helped me to get more and more aligned and make a plan to start my own business serving others. At first as a Virtual Assistant, and then as an Intuitive Life Coach.

I have learned how to differentiate when I’m in alignment and when I’m not. I have learned how to really connect with my spirit guides and receive their messages, AND trust that what they are saying will always guide me towards better alignment with my truest self and my soul’s purpose.
